The Perks: Salary of $77,000- $110,000 superannuation based on experience Annual PD budget of $1000 2 days study leave Pool vehicles available for use External speakers provide training to the entire team once per week Ability to work from multiple clinic locations across Bundoora, Reservoir and Roxburgh Park Travel reimbursement on a per km basis Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic and within the community at schools and client homes Mobile phone and laptop are provided The role will consist of: Choose from a mixed ages or paediatric caseload Work entirely from their clinic locations or participate in some client visits in the community Choose to be based from their clinics in Bundoora, Reservoir, Taylors Hill and Craigieburn Collaborate with other Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists within their multidisciplinary team Working primarily with NDIS clients with some private referrals The Support Structure: 80 hours of CPD provided to each clinician annually Multiple hours of workshops, peer support and PD presented by senior clinicians and external speakers Weekly supervision provided by your lead Speech Pathologist Structured onboarding and new graduate support across your first year Opportunity to shadow Senior Speech Pathologists Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
